Regional Sales Manager
Job Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager for KUBTEC, you will be responsible for sales of our specimen x-ray products in surgery, radiology, the breast center, and pathology. You’ll drive territory growth, build lasting relationships, and deliver the unique value proposition that our disruptive technology provides.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for sales of proprietary specimen imaging systems in defined territory
- Achieve sales forecast objectives for all products
- Present and successfully sell Kubtec value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
- Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts
- Leverage internal resource teams across Clinical, Sales, Service, Technology and National Accounts to optimize customer experience
- Call points include the operating room, pathology and breast center
- Experience selling to breast surgeons is strongly preferred
- Experience selling capital equipment is preferred
- Understanding of the hospital capital budgeting process is required
- Ideal candidates will have experience demonstrating disruptive technology in an operating room environment
Qualifications
- BS in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated success in building business within the healthcare community, including developing trusting relationships with surgeons and providers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 5+ years of sales experience in the New England area, ideally in medical devices or related products
