Book A Meeting

Specimen tomosynthesis is more accurate than 2D X-ray at identifying positive margins and is less likely to recommend unnecessary tissue excision.
That's the conclusion of a recent study of 100 breast cancer patients from MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr. Shon Black presented their data at the TARGIT Collaborative Group Annual Conference in April, 2018.

Only the Mozart System from KUBTEC uses Tomosynthesis to give you a more accurate view of your surgical margins, meaning you can be more confident that you removed all the tumor in the first procedure. That's good for your patients, good for your hospital and it's good for you.
